El futuro en el mundo del automóvil es difícil de predecir. La tendencia va apuntando a coches eléctricos, autónomos y al carsharing; pero esto podría cambiar fácilmente. Algunas marcas están en una búsqueda constante de ideas que puedan marcar la diferencia en el futuro. SEAT es una de ellas y por ello ha realizado un proyecto con los IED de Barcelona y Turín, en el que se ha involucrado a los alumnos del Título Superior en Diseño de Transporte.
Las premisas son que los vehículos tienen que estar diseñados para el mercado de SEAT dentro de 40 años, ser eléctricos de gran autonomía e incorporar las últimas tecnologías sin perder la experiencia de la conducción. Para el proyecto se hicieron equipos mixtos, con alumnos de ambas ciudades, que tuvieron seis meses para trabajar antes de presentar sus prototipos ante el propio equipo de diseño de SEAT en sus oficinas de Barcelona.
Para ello, los estudiantes han dispuesto de todo tipo de tecnologías, desde cascos de realidad virtual o un panel interactivo en el capó del vehículo, hasta una evolución de la realidad aumentada que permite separar la cabina de las ruedas. Aunque el proyecto nace como algo digital, también cobró vida en su etapa final con un prototipo de arcilla. Aquí os presentamos cuatro de estos interesantes vehículos que nacieron de este proyectos.
SEAT Azzahr Concept
El SEAT Azzahr Concept se trata de un modelo de tres plazas en el que se ha querido reivindicar la imperfección a través de la asimetría. Sigue un estilo barchetta enfocado en el disfrute del clima mediterráneo y cada uno de sus tres asientos sigue un patrón aleatorio. Con este prototipo se incluye un casco de realidad virtual que ayuda a aumentar la experiencia de la conducción. El diseño es de Lorenzo Rauseo (IED Turín), Stefano Malfi (IED Turín), y Gustavo Adolfo Osorio Moreno (IED Barcelona).

carsharing para cubrir trayectos entre ciudades. En este prototipo se han querido potenciar las emociones poniendo al usuario en contacto directo con la naturaleza. Su techo flexible con un sistema de anillos <strong>permite tres posiciones distintas</strong>. ‘Human’ tiene un volumen del techo amplio que favorece la habitabilidad, ‘Explore’ pone el anillo delantero vertical y el anillo trasero<br /> plegado y ‘A R I S’ que eleva la cabina principal a un máximo de 7 metros para potenciar las emociones. SEAT UNUM
El SEAT UNUM se trata de un prototipo innovador formado por dos módulos bien diferenciados. El superior se trata de la cabina, que tiene capacidad para tres ocupantes, y se une al tren motriz o modulo inferior mediante una columna central. Con este sistema de electroimanes se consigue ofrecer una mayor sensación de dinamismo al módulo superior, lo que potencia el placer de la conducción. Estrena un nuevo lenguaje de diseño que permite que el coche sea habitable e interactivo. Consigue conectar con el usuario gracias a <strong>superficie inteligente táctil</strong> en el capó de cristal y a la zona “V” de la parte trasera, que puede ser utilizada como hamaca o zona de confort. El diseño es de Omar Alfarra Zendah (IED Barcelona), Alessandro Lombardini (IED Turín) y Leonardo Rossi (IED Turín)</p>
